Questions about the BB Preamp delivered via the Stingray pictured above.

Recording Method:
Two Rode NT1's - 1st in front of the cab, 2nd about twenty feet away at around
six feet high.
Mixer is Yamaha 0196V fed into an Event Layla A/D setup.
Software is Vegas Audio.
Jam Track from Guitar Center Guitarmagedon contest.
Two verses with pedals set to bypass. Then the BB Preamp comes on for a couple verses. At the turnaround verse, the BB goes off and the Compulator comes on.

First the setup:
Instrument 1 is the Grosh Retro Classic VT (Tele)
The clip was done with the G-System configured as thru for everything except delay. Rotosphere was also set to thru. All loops were open.

BB Preamp had all knobs at noon except treble at 9 o'clock.
G-System had Compressor on, and BB Preamp in the loop.
First portion had Hall reverb. Second portion had delay.
Left mic: Rode NT-1 close to the front of the cab.
Right mic: Rode NT-1 about ten feet back, six feet in the air.
This was all the bridge pup on the Grosh.

RC Booster had all knobs at noon except volume was at 11 o'clock
G-System had compressor and delay on.

Background track was neck/middle.
Bass was Grosh > Stingray with tone all bass, then digitally drop one octave.
